They fixed something that another company couldn’t figure out. Diego and his team really know what they’re doing they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. Most importantly, they saved me time and didn’t have to do the work twice. Everything was left nice and clean, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely a company you can trust and rely on!

We have been experiencing a number of minor plumbing issues with our faucets that needed to be resolved. We were referred to Diego of Leak Off Plumbing & Heating. Diego responded the same day and reviewed the situation immediately pointing out that our faucet didn't need replacement only the hose, which resulted in savings on the final assessment. He also replaced an older faucet with nicer fixtures eliminating the dripping. The price was reasonable and the customer service outstanding. If anyone has plumbing needs, even minor ones, I would strongly recommend Leak Off Plumbing & Heating.

I sent pictures &. Videos for a non urgent issue I had on Saturday & received a ball park estimate. The issue was fixed on next Monday at lower than estimated price.

Thought my house was auditioning for a water feature. Turns out it just needed this plumbing company. They were on time, honest, explained everything clearly, and saved me from a full meltdown. They were Friendly, efficient, and didn’t judge me for not knowing where my main shutoff was 😅 Solid work and great people. 10/10 would call again (but hope I don’t have to).

Had a shower pump leak and there was corrosion in the pipe. He arrived with helper, had tools and knowledge needed to complete repair. Polite and thorough, a pleasure to have them working on correcting the repairs. Approximately here for four hours , explained all the issues and completed the repairs . Very grateful to have them in my home, would definitely use them again.

Diego and his team were excellent to work with. They handled a unique ejector pump setup with professionalism and care, addressing all our concerns and presenting different options to find the best solution. Diego was highly responsive. He came out the same day I called and provided a competitive, transparent quote within two days. He was respectful, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. What really stood out was their collaborative, problem-solving mindset. Instead of pushing a quick fix, they carefully considered long-term solutions and walked us through the pros and cons. I highly recommend Leak Off Plumbing. After spending money on some not-so-quality tradesman to fix a leak in our basement, I was frantically searching for a professional to help and Leak Off was very helpful. Diego came out to give an estimate for free and was able to quickly identify the issue we were dealing with, a corroded pipe. He provided us with different options which worked with our budget: 1) replacing a section of the pipe with PVC or Copper 2) replacing the full length of our pipe with PVC or Copper. We chose to replace a section of the pipe, and they showed up in the morning around 8AM and were done early in the afternoon. We definitely will be repeat customers of Leak Off Plumbing

Diego and his team were phenomenal. I've recently moved to the area and found Leak Off Plumbing & Heating through an AI search for a snaking of a bathtub pipe last month. For that project Diego was communicative, and they came out quickly and resolved the issue on their first visit. Then last week I had another - and unrelated - plumbing issue in a different bathroom. Diego responded quickly and kindly squeezed me in the following day. He kept me updated on timing via text, and he and his team arrived on time and provided excellent service from start to end. This included a replacement toilet, which they went out and picked up. The price was reasonable and more than fair, and the finished work was excellent. I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use Diego and his team again.
